Segundo a Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal, em seu Art. 35, \u00a7 2\u00ba, Inciso II, o projeto de lei da LDO deve ser enviado pelo Poder Executivo ao Poder Legislativo at\u00e9 o dia 15 de abril de cada ano.
